Refund and RETURN POLICY

A. Right of Withdrawal

Consequences of Withdrawal Upon your withdrawal from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

  1. Please return the goods in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not return the goods to us for freight collection.
  3. Please note that points 1-2 above are not prerequisites for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal.
